2. Moisture moves downward from the pressure surface. The double-sided pressure causes the middle and lower parts of the water to concentrate and reduce the strength, so it also causes layer waste. Even if there is no crack after molding, cracks may occur during firing. The flap is dry.
3. The blank has a higher elastic expansion and contraction effect under high pressure. The finer the particle size of the fine white alumina powder is, the closer the contact between the particles is, the smaller this kind of stress transmission changes. However, double-sided pressing is used in the pressing, and the intermediate layer of the product is weakly bonded. The friction force is different from upper to lower, and the elasticity is different. Therefore, layer cracks occur under the effect of elastic stress.
4. When the white corundum powder is processed into a finished product under high pressure, the mold sleeve becomes larger, and when not pressurized, it shrinks, causing the middle layer to crack and bulge up and down.
